What is the value of corporate night & day worship and prayer?

God is looking for those who pray and don't lose heart (Lk 18:1).  Even in a house of prayer it’s so easy to be focused on the outworking instead of the heart, we can think schedule instead of intimacy.  When King David sought to establish a centre of day and night prayer in his day, he turned to music (writing Psalms we still sing today!) He employed 4000 musicians and 288 singers full-time to minister to God 24 hours a day (1 Chr 25). The result was an anointed environment out of which David literally governed his kingdom, and a pattern of ministry that would be the foundation of every revival in Israel’s history.  By combining corporate prayer with musical worship we create a dynamic and sustainable environment where our prayer is fuelled by encountering God’s love again and again.

What does that look like?

Our prayer room has a rhythm throughout any 2hr set, with times of singing scriptures, waiting on the Lord and pressing in together through intercession, all accompanied by music.  You're welcome to come and go as you need, as each 2hr meeting flows continuously into the next. As we do this together we strengthen one another (1 Thes 5:11) to persevere in prayer and let His word come alive in us (Col 3:16).

Why not come and see for yourself what this looks like?  Get out your diary and set aside a date to explore the prayer room with us.  We would love the opportunity to strengthen you in your prayer life and to journey with you as you grow in prayer.
